How to manage your account

Use your account settings profile to customize your account. It also includes settings for a few nifty tools.

What If My Credit Card Is Lost or Stolen?

Not a problem. We've got your back and a simple place to add your new card.

What happens if I delete or deactivate my account?

If you're not sure you want to continue, you can completely delete your account, OR just deactivate your paid membership.

What happens if I upload more images than my plan includes?

We've got ya covered. Our plans include an image upload budget of 1000/month or 12,000/year. We charge just a penny per file above that.

Why can't I create albums?

Only members can create albums. If you were invited by a member to contribute to their pictures, you may be their guest and not a member.
