How Ponga's Live Chat works

On using Ponga, one of the first things you'll notice is the Live Chat function. It's right there in the red circle at the bottom left corner of all web pages on the Ponga site. Tap to pop it open and our automatic "Audie" will know you're there.

Audie, of course, is not a real person, but she has infinite patience, can be very helpful, and knows how to reach someone if you need to speak to us live. Here's a short video so you can see Audie in action:

Should you step away while we're chatting, no worries. Your messages will queue up and be right there for you when you return. When you've read the chat thread, just tap on the "X" at the top.
