What If My Credit Card Is Lost or Stolen?
Not a problem. We've got your back and a simple place to add your new card.
Losing a credit card or having the number hacked can be a pain. You have our sympathies. We hope that our policies make managing that just a little easier.
When you have your new card, you update the credit card applied to your account in the Manage BIlling portal from within Ponga. Here's what you do:
- Log into Ponga (so your connection is secure)
- Go to the profile image and tap to get the drop-down menu
- Select "Manage Billing"
- From there go to "Payment Method" and add a card
- Then, delete your old card.
If your billing cycle hits after your lost card is deactivated and before you've made this change, no worries, your account will not be lost. Our policies ensure that you will retain access to your pictures. To learn more, see What Happens if I Delete or Deactivate My Account.
