Where are my pictures stored?
Your original images are retained on our servers in the cloud. If you need to retrieve an original, no problem, just let us know.
When you create a Ponga picture, the image is uploaded to our servers and processed so that we can zoom in on the details when you need it.
Our cloud storage data centers adhere to the highest standards of security. For more see "How can I be sure my pictures are safe?"
Details included in your images such as metadata remain untouched in your original files. If you need access to your original image files, just let us know in the Live Chat window at the bottom left.
