Who can see my pictures?
Only you, and the people you share the picture with as authenticated by their username/password.
Your pictures are not posted into any feed anywhere. You own your pictures, and you determine who they will be shared with. Usage Rules define common-sense rules for the kinds of pictures that can be shared on the service.
