Why can't I get into the Gallery?

The Gallery is where you put names to faces. You may have noticed that sometimes the Gallery button is greyed out in the Library and sometimes it isn't. Also, sometimes when you log in you're taken directly to the Gallery, and sometimes you're taken straight to the Library. That may seem odd but here's why.

When you've already named all faces detected, the gallery is essentially closed. If you want to change the name of a person you previously named or to associate one face with a different person, just tap on the person's face in a picture, and when the sidebar opens, tap on their face to go to the Face Details page.

On this page, you can edit names or associate an individual face to a different person if you like.
